The Alleviate Initiative is a mental health awareness week at Pierre Elliott Trudeau High School from December 10th to December 14th that will focus on helping students discover new ways to cope with stress. Throughout the week students will get a chance to partake in stress-relieving activities, such as creating art, trading clothes and watching musical performances.
