MISSING VULNERABLE MAN FROM TORONTO BELIEVED TO BE IN VAUGHAN

Investigators with the York Regional Police #4 District Criminal Investigations Bureau are seeking the public’s assistance in locating a missing vulnerable 54-year-old man from the City of Toronto.

On Thursday, May 15, 2025, at approximately 11:30 p.m., Jose FARIAS left his residence in the area of Dufferin Street and King Street West, Toronto and did not return home.

He was last seen on Friday, May 16, 2025, at approximately 2 a.m., in the area of Royalpark Way and Highway 27 in the City of Vaughan.

Police and his family are growing increasingly concerned for Jose’s well-being.

  • White
  • 54-years-old
  • 5’11” tall
  • Thin build
  • Long brown hair
  • Clean shaven
  • Last seen wearing a black hooded sweater, dark grey pants and black shoes
