Rising tennis ace Denis Shapovalov rallied to score a three-set win over Czech Republic’s Jan Satral and claim a third-round victory in a qualifying tournament for the U.S. Open tournament next week.

The 18-year-old Richmond Hill resident claimed a 6-7 (2), 6-1, 6-3 victory to ensure a spot in the final Grand Slam event of the season.
